המשרד נוסד על ידי עורכת הדין הודיה פישמן, בוגרת תואר ראשון במשפטים (L.LB.); בוגרת תואר שני למשפטים (L.L.M) בהתמחות במשפט אזרחי מהאוניברסיטה העברית; מגשרת מוסמכת מטעם לשכת עורכי הדין; בעלת הסמכה לעריכת יפוי כוח מתמשך, הנחיות מקדימות לצורך מינוי אפוטרופוס ומסמך הבעת רצון לפי חוק הכשרות המשפטית והאפוטרופסות תשכ״ב 1962.
בשנים האחרונות שימשה עורכת הדין הודיה פישמן כעוזרת משפטית לשופטת ובמסגרת עבודה זו כתבה מאות טיוטות של פסקי דין והחלטות, נחשפה לאינספור כתבי טענות, סגנונות ואסטרטגיות לניהול תיק בבית משפט השלום.
כמו כן, במהלך שנות עבודתה עבדה בהנהלת הרשות לרישום והסדר מקרקעין, תחת הממונה על המרשם, שם שאבה ידע רב בעולם המקרקעין והנדל”ן בישראל. במסגרת עבודה זו כתבה החלטות ועררים, הייתה שותפה על כתיבת נהלי הרישום השונים וכן נחשפה למאות תיקי רישום והדרך לניהול עסקאות נדל”ן לרבות תיקי רישום מורכבים.

Enduring Power of Attorney
